"Mason and Pearson Pure Boar Bristle Hair Brush in White"
I came across this Mason and Pearson hairbrush on this website. The price was better than what I found elsewhere. I made my order but totally forgot to apply the 10% discount I had. I reached out to customer service, and a super friendly lady (I reckon it’s best not to name names in reviews) assured me it was no problem, and she would apply the discount for me. My brush showed up really fast. Everything went smoothly. Fantastic product and service. Thanks for making this such an easy transaction. I’ll surely shop here again.

They don’t respond to any emails at all.
My order got canceled just half an hour after it was supposedly sent out, but it clearly wasn’t, since I didn’t get anything. I’ve asked multiple times for an explanation, but nothing has come back.

"One corner of the inner box was a tad squished..."
The inner box had a slight squish in one corner, but everything inside was fine. It just seemed a bit messy since it was meant as a gift! The delivery guy was really nice.
